1. When You Can Request a Return or Refund
We accept return or refund requests only in these cases:
Wrong Order Delivered – You received a different product than what you ordered.
Damaged Parcel/Product – Your order arrived damaged during transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Opened or used products
Fragrance preference issues
2. How to Submit Your Request
To request a return or refund:
Fill out the Return Form located at the bottom of this page.
Attach clear photos or videos showing:
The damaged parcel/product (including outer packaging)
The wrong product received (if applicable)
Your order invoice/confirmation email
3. Time Frame
Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Late requests will not be processed.
4. Resolution Options
Once your request is reviewed and approved, you can choose:
Replacement: Receive the correct or undamaged product at no cost.
Refund: Receive your payment back within 7–10 business days.
